What is a bank of square footage?

You prepay for square footage once, then use it across any projects for 12 months. Each test fit draws down its square footage.

Does it renew automatically?

No. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Can I bill the landlord?

Yes. Brokers can invoice each landlord per project from their bank, at a price they set.

Why is the price a range?

It depends on the package: The sq ft prices range from 6.5-9¢ starting at 200,000 sq ft + 100,000 sq ft offer bonus (terms apply).

Is it measured in rentable or usable square feet?

Usable square feet: the floor area on the plan.

What happens after Dec 31?

The offer applies to contracts signed by Dec 31, 2026. Standard pricing applies from Jan 1.
