The team turned to qbiq, an AI for architectural planning. With an input of only the shell plan, qbiq generates floor plan configurations and rendered flythroughs of the potential build-out of in hours. The tool is used strategically, and allows the team to present hyper-realistic visualizations of the future space during pitches, display rendered flythroughs on in-space monitors during tours, use visuals for marketing purposes and customize presentations with tenant branding.
